Flora Bennett heads the firm's Residential Property team and is also a senior commercial property partner. She was admitted in 1985 and joined Grange Wintringham in 2000. Flora also specialises in Agricultural Property Matters.

Flora principally deals with all aspects of high-value commercial property work, including investments, sales and purchases and development work, with a particular emphasis on new residential estates, major acquisitions, disposals and leases. Due to the firm's extensive and well-established client base she also acts for the region's major developer of new residential sites whilst also providing property advice to smaller local businesses and landowners. Flora also acts for large national companies and multimillion developments as part of the Grange Wintringham Commercial Property Team.
