Jane is a very experienced Employment Lawyer and is able to advise in respect of all aspects of the increasingly complex relationship between employer and employee. She offers proactive advice in the early stages of problems or disputes, negotiates effective settlements and has appeared as an advocate, principally for employers, on many occasions at Employment Tribunals.

Jane and her team offer a full range of corporate support services, advising Senior Management and the Board on strategic matters such as restructuring, redundancies, revising contractual documents and internal policies, directors' remuneration and termination packages, share options, bonus and incentive schemes and employment issues arising from transfers or acquisitions.

Jane trained initially at Simmons & Simmons, a major City firm recognised for its employment expertise. She was a partner with East Anglian practice, Birkett Long for 5 years before joining Grange Wintringham in 2000.
