Martyn joined the Grimsby office as a Partner from Hull/York commercial firm Rollits, where he was previously a Partner since 1991. He has over 25 years' experience in all aspects of commercial property and property development, including in relation to land purchase and development, commercial leasing (particularly in the retail market), housebuilder purchase and development and development of land associated with ports and docks.

Martyn also advises a leading local charity in connection with their substantial property holdings.

With his many contacts in Hull and East Yorkshire, as well as South of the River Humber, Martyn advises widely in the North-East region for major corporate clients and smaller family-operated businesses.
