Ruth has expertise in all types of high-value commercial property transactions including development work, investment sales and purchases and complex lease negotiations.

Ruth and Stephen Savage have a dual practice, both committed to meeting the needs of the local business community, as well as dealing with a national network of clients.

Ruth has a particular client strength in the Midlands area, built up during her 15 years within Birmingham law firms.

She trained at Pinsents, worked at Eversheds and left Martineau Johnson as a Partner in 1998 to relocate to her home town, Grimsby.
