Stephen has over 20 years' of commercial experience and heads the firm's Commercial Department. For the last ten years, Stephen has been involved in all aspects of commercial property development including Enterprise Zones and other forms of forward funding models. Stephen acts for various developers on a wide range of schemes from offices and hotels, to distribution centres and rail terminals. He also acts for various forward funding investment syndicates and a leading clearing Bank.

Together with his fellow partner Ruth Brewin, he has created one of the strongest commercial property teams in the East Midlands.
