David is a Consultant and former senior partner of the firm. He has worked at Grange Wintringham for over 40 years dealing with a wide variety of business transactions from partnership formation, commercial leases, brewery loans and funding, to asset and share sales and purchases and other corporate transactions. David's speciality is in property development, acquired through acting for the region's major house builder for over 20 years.
