We act in commercial property transactions for major plcs, private developers and a major clearing bank with particular expertise in development work, (including professional appointments, warranties and all related documentation) forward financing, brownfield sites and complex lease negotiations.
Our services also cover a wide range of acquisitions and disposals, including land acquisitions for local home builders, syndicated investment transactions, the purchase, development and sale on of local centre sites and the sale and purchase of public houses, hotels, residential homes and children's day nurseries. Additionally, we have expertise in investment acquisitions and disposals (including acting for pension funds) and agricultural land transactions.
The team deals with all types of commercial leases, acting for both landlords and tenants, with particular expertise and experience in higher-value lettings. Our property services cover the retail, distribution, industrial, and office sectors.
We also advise on and deal with a) day to day estate management b) remedies in the event of default by tenants or landlords, c) business tenancy issues, including all appropriate court proceedings and d) the sale/acquisition of block or individual freehold reversions.
