Grange Wintringham's commercial team operates at both a local and national level. Our expertise includes: share/asset sale and purchase agreements, MBOs, joint ventures, construction documentation (including JCT contracts, professional team appointments etc), supply and distribution agreements (with particular emphais on logistics and motor sectors), standard terms and conditions, business start-ups and the formation/administration of companies, partnerships and LLPs.
The team provides added value to its strong commercial base through working with specialists within our employment, commercial and litigation teams, and by its extensive network of local and national contacts.
