Litigation
Grange Wintringham recognises that litigation may not always be the best way of dealing with a dispute. Skilled negotiation can often resolve problems without recourse to the courts. We strive to provide the best outcome for the particular problem facing the client. We give comprehensive legal advice at the outset as to the prospect of success and as to the various options available to the client, including mediation. Even once proceedings are issued, we maximise the opportunities for settlement. We will provide an estimate of costs at the outset and update such estimates during the course of the instructions, in order that a client can make a commercial decision and ensure that the cost is always proportionate to the amount of the dispute.
Grange Wintringham's litigators are experienced in dealing with a wide spectrum of disputes, acting for individuals and commercial concerns, ranging from divorce and family matters, to large commercial and contractual cases, property-related litigation and debt recovery.
Our services include family and matrimonial, debt recovery, commercial litigation, probate, wills and trust litigation, consumer and contractual disputes, mortgage repossessions, agricultural and land disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, partnership and company/shareholders disputes and professional negligence matters.
