Grange Wintringham has a busy debt recovery department. We tailor our approach to the circumstances and amount of each debt. We will issue statutory demands or an initial 7-day letter, negotiate repayment agreements or issue formal court proceedings dependent on the nature of the case.

We act principally for commercial clients for whom we are able to provide excellent non-contentious back up through our company and commercial department.

We recognise businesses rely upon us to achieve early payment and accordingly we are aware of the need to take prompt action. The department is run by qualified solicitors and we ensure that they are fully up to date at all times. Our debt recovery system is streamlined and efficient, supported by excellent administrative and IT back up.

We have an experienced team to deal with defended claims.

Where a client instructs us on bulk claims, we can agree appropriate scales of charges taking into account the volume element.
