Training Opportunities

Ours is a progressive firm ideally placed to train those seeking a career within the legal sector. We actively seek Trainees with high academic ability who are both ambitious and committed. Ideally, you will have links with the region or a desire to commit your future to the area. We see Trainees as part of our long-term growth and aim to retain Trainees wherever possible upon qualification.

A recent Law Society monitoring visit at the firm confirmed the excellent quality of our training including plenty of regular feedback, a system of close supervision, a good mix of routine and non-routine work and a friendly and supportive culture. The report goes on to specifically identify that our Trainees are exposed to high-quality work and that the quality of supervision showed the firm's commitment to providing a sound and thorough training in a culture of support and encouragement.

We currently recruit one Trainee each year and welcome applications from strong candidates at any time.
